The IBMB Genomics&Transcriptomics Core Facility (PGT-IBMB) has been created to give Scientific and Technologic coverage for the current research projects in the Institute. The PGT-IBMB provides reagents, commercial kits, consumables and technical support related to Q-PCR techniques and chromatin sonication systems.
Equipment
Available equipments include LightCycler®480 by Roche, is a high-performance high-throughput PCR platform that provides various methods for gene detection, gene expression analysis and genetic variation analysis. Also the facility has a Bioruptor Diagenode, which can simultaneously process up to 6 samples to accurately achieve random and unbiased chromatin shearing, for applications as ChIP and ChIP-seq.
